Membership Application:

-- Applications must be accompanied by payment of dues (non-refundable, of course) for the first-year.

The more lobbyists, the more points
The more public denial, the more points
The more open supporters, the more points
The more profitable -- well, what do you think?
The fewer taxes paid -- naturally!

Membership requires a unanimous vote of the Membership Committee.
